Nancy Stiles Brice, 84, passed away on Thursday, May 5th in Boulder, Colorado.
Nancy was born in Boston, Massachusetts on June 10, 1937 to Dorothy and C. Bernard Stiles.
She graduated from Marblehead High School in Marblehead, Massachusetts and Barnard
College in New York City. She lived for many years in Fairbanks, Alaska, where her four children
were born. She returned to Marblehead in her 50’s and then chose to spend her later years
living near her children in Anchorage, Alaska, Louisville, Colorado, Phoenix, Arizona and finally
Boulder, Colorado.
Nancy was a passionate reader and traveller. She visited six of the seven continents (just
missing Australia) and loved to learn about new places, cultures and people.
She is survived by her four children: Alba (Jessica) Brice, Matthew (Michele) Brice, Sarah
(Jason) Lynch and Katharine (David) Champlin and her grandchildren Dayna Brice, Zakari Brice,
Brendan Brice, Tayton Brice, Aedan Lynch and Margaret Lynch. The family will be holding a
private service in Marblehead at a later date. In lieu of flowers, we invite you to remember
