Obituary for Norma Lee Swanstrom

Norma Lee Cramer was born in Red Cloud, Nebraska on June 16, 1932. 
 She was the youngest of 6 girls and 3 brothers born to Ruby Gobel and Howard Cramer.during the "great depression".
After graduating from Red Cloud High School 
Norma worked as a secretary,   and , shortly after dating , married Don Swanstrom in 1956.
During their 65 year marriage They raised 3 sons; Lee, Jeff, and Rodney. 
Throughout the years she was the quintessential homemaker and ranch pioneer.
They moved to Wyoming and raised the boys on a one thousand acre cattle / horse ranch outside Casper , Wyoming
They sold the ranch in 2000, and moved to a smaller property in Oklahoma, where Don focused on his paint horses.
After moving to a small OK town , Don died in 2019.
Norma also lost her son Jeff to a sporting accident in 2005.

She moved to Boulder , to be close to son Rod and his wife , Becky, and her only grandsons , Bradley and Theodore
from June 2020 until her death in Dec 2022

She was a devoted Christian, and served God well on this Earth by examples of love and grace, and giving of her time to others.
Norma was a gracious and loving sister, wife, mother, and grandmother.
She will be missed and loved for many years to come.
She lived a healthy life and died of natural causes on the winter solstice
